My Perspective

After years in large-scale enterprises, I’ve seen that the best ideas only succeed when they are fuelled by data and strong storytelling. I pay close attention to the invisible forces - incentives, power, and constraints - that dictate whether innovation survives. I use human-centred design as a strategic tool to sharpen operational data. By integrating these perspectives, I build robust business cases, aligning stakeholders and creating the momentum for teams to do their most impactful work.

My experience and differentiators

I began my career in rigorous, delivery-led roles and was trusted early to lead complex initiatives. That foundation gave me a deep respect for traditional execution, while opening the door to new ways of working - from agile delivery to human-centred design. In my roles, I have become known for translating complex design work into clear business cases leaders could act on, and for bringing people with me through change.
 
Alongside industry practice, I completed a Master of Design Innovation at the University of Sydney, graduating with Honours and receiving the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence. I continue to teach and coach design innovation and entrepreneurship, working with incubators, early-stage ventures, and industry partners - staying at the leading edge of innovation practice.

Leadership and ways of working

I’m a relational, pragmatic leader who brings people with me. I’m most effective in environments marked by misalignment, uncertainty, or tension - building trust, surfacing issues early, and helping teams find common ground and shared purpose. My focus is on creating alignment and momentum so work can move forward productively.

I have a strong instinct for recognising potential and supporting people to grow into it. I lead with clarity and intent, always explaining the “why” behind decisions, setting clear direction, maintaining high standards, and removing barriers so teams can do their best work.

What guides my work

I build trust through empathy, clarity, and mutual respect, creating environments where people feel safe to contribute, challenge ideas, and do meaningful work together. I believe strong connection brings energy, optimism, and momentum to even the most complex challenges.

I value disciplined experimentation and iteration - moving work forward with intent while maintaining high standards. I focus on progress that matters: learning through action, making thoughtful trade-offs, and avoiding unnecessary prescription or perfection that slows momentum.

I reduce unnecessary complexity to enable focus, alignment, and progress. By streamlining processes and clarifying intent, I help teams move faster and make better decisions.
